Kansas City is a great rental market with COC returns of 20%+. I have wholesale rental Properties in Kansas City All in for 30-40k with Cash on Cash Return of 20%+. Most properties currently have tenants. Yes! I am looking for cash buyers who are able to close Quickly. Yes! All transactions will be through local title Company. Yes!
