My partner and I are selling our duplex in Chattanooga TN. It has been managed locally by a PM since we acquired it in 2015. We recently has our front long term tenant move out and the back tenant wanted to move to the front unit so currently one side is vacant. The long term tenant moved to another part of Chattanooga to live with family. Tenants pay utilities. We pay for lawn care. There is no snow removal in Chattanooga.
