Check out this deal in Arlington! This house has been well maintained, but it will need foundation repair. The roof doesn't leak and looks fine, but it appears to be older and should probably be replaced if this house is flipped. The HVAC system was replaced in 2014 and works well. Everything else needed is cosmetic. We will be assigning our interest to purchase this property.

ARV: $180k

Repairs: TBD by buyer
