Interested in Multifamily units in Orlando

Hi BP members,

I'm a local real estate investor in Orlando, FL and I'm interested in multifamily properties, either small/medium apartments, or other types of combinations. Although I've read a lot on the subject, I'm new to commercial type of investment.
