Hi! I am looking to invest in commercial real estate in the above mentioned areas with these criteria:

-Multifamily (4, 15-75 unit)

-OR Office building

-Looking to invest max $60k - $80k

-FHA/Conventional/other deal structures

-Looking to create long term wealth, build equity (NO FIX AND FLIP)

-Looking for numbers/deal structures that work: strong cash flow (numbers, and as little down as possible (deal structure)

-Bay area: south bay, east bay, Tracy, OR Fresno/Sac
