A Realtor that SPECIALIZES in the Detroit Market

About me:

I am a long, long, long citizen of Detroit. Being in real estate, I not only know the economic side, but I know the intimate side. This has helped my network grow.

I have been in the real estate industry for 3 years now, and have been selling since late 2016. I have a pretty great track record. I have 13 closings under my belt.

I have not had a listing yet that was on the market over 3 months without it being under contract.

I am the mother of a future “Construction Worker Teacher”. She is an amazing little girl, and I often take her to projects so she can watch the contractors, or see the architecture.

I’m data driven, so I’m very realistic when it comes to pricing and negotiating!

Look at that! Speaking of Negotiating, I’m actually certified in Real Estate Negotiations.

I have a background in marketing, graphic design, public speaking/engagement, and sales. I feel this is important to say because this allows me to offer a lower commission to my clients.

I may be one of the hardest working Realtors I know (this may be why I’m trying so hard at a young age to hide my gray hair.)

I don’t come with games or gimmicks… I’m pretty straight with no chaser. I kind of have to be as a young woman in this market.
