The Atlanta market is on fire. We rarely get multi family deals made available BUT, yesterday I may have found a diamond that I wish I could take on myself... In West Atlanta I have an investor looking to retire and sell of a CLUSTER of 50 units ( 25 DUPLEXES) On the border of Atlanta and Jonesboro!!! The units are all currently on Section 8 and 100% rented!!!! With our new stadiums and the endless development of our inner city, this is sure to be a gold mine!
