Duplex in Sacramento ca 95824

I found a duplex in Sacramento just at 200k. There are not many in any in this price range. The market rents are 800 to 825 per month. The units need basic cosmetic work in order to get the higher rents. Look at the numbers with 40k down. 20%. your piti payment is around $1155.0 per month.
