Looking for PRIVATE & HARD MONEY lenders!

Hello all BP members,

I am here looking for any private, hard money lender, any sized bank, credit union, or possibly a partner to provide a loan for my first rental property investment. I have an analysis report on the property Im interested in and have worked closely with a really good agent who has helped me tremendously with the process. Asking price is $69,000 and hoping to land it for $60-65k. From what we see right now, the property looks ready to rent immediately after purchase so either no or low reno cost. Again, I have an analysis report plus additional information concerning the neighborhood that will not only boost appreciation on the home for years to come but provide hundreds of possible tenants. 

If you are or know of any private, hard money lender, work in/with/know a credit union or bank that can provide a loan of $60-$70k please send me their information. I have money ready to provide a down payment and my credit score is excellent at 740+.
