Need buyer for this Milwaukee Wisconsin Duplex

I have some information available to me that tells me the seller on this property would take as low as $165K for this. He wants to be done with it and get rid of it. Not because there are things wrong with it but because he no longer wants to deal with the headaches that come along with being a land lord.
