I have 6 deals currently under contract ranging from $55k to $105k. Total funding need is $423k. Depending on the deal, can pay anywhere from 8-12% interest only for 12 month term. All deals are in A-C+ areas of Northeast Ohio

Brokers with tons of junk fees, points, and prepayment penalties need not apply. 

We do 5-10 deals per month, so we are not new or inexperienced. Your money is in good hands with seasoned investors. You will be first and only position lien, mortgage, and named on insurance policy as additional insured.
