3/3/2  with a pool, Block home in Plantation in Venice! Super clean. Outside needs nothing. Pool is in new shape. Just needs upgrades. Paint, floors, bathrooms and kitchen. HVAC is new and top of the line. Comps are at $400k and they need updates. Please feel free to ask any questions! Thank you.
