@Adam London the current owners have it rented monthly, so I dont have Airbnb numbers for this exact unit. I own a one bedroom Airbnb in a close by complex (it's a bit smaller than this unit, mine only sleeps four) and it did 38,000 gross last year, so just over 3150/month on average.
