Hello Fellow Investors,

My name is Art Zavala, and I live in San Diego, CA.

I am looking for a business partner to help with wholesaling small multifamily properties 2 – 10 units.
No experience required. I will train and work with you.
Job duties include:
1. Calling Seller Leads from postcard mailings. These Seller Leads are owners who called back from the postcard they received.
2. Analyze the property using a underwriting excel template.
3. Submit LOI.
4. Write up Purchase Agreement contract.
5. Post property on an exclusive Buyers website to wholesale.

You would share in a percentage of the net proceeds once the property it is assigned/wholesaled.
If interested, please reply to this post.

Thank you and all the best in your endevors,

Art Zavala
