Multifamily Investment Opportunity, Galveston, Texas

Hey BP Community,

We (@TimothyChurch, @Dan Logsdon) are currently putting together a multifamily real estate deal in Galveston, Texas located just south of Houston. The building is in one of the best areas in downtown Galveston and includes 6 apartment units with ~5000 sq ft of first floor commercial space.

We have arranged for conventional financing, 20 yr amort, 5.5% loan with 20% down payment. We will be providing $180k of our own capital but are looking for a few other investors to provide additional funding for the project. Specifically, we are looking for another $60-100k with $20-30k going towards down payment and the remaining capital being used for value add CAPEX projects
