So many good deals, and so little liquid capital

We are in an expansion phase right now, and have so many properties that we are looking to acquire. Some of them we have managed seller-financing, while others we have managed to finance through conventional methods.

What we are looking for now is equity partners to continue our growth.

Example: we just located an 11-unit MF building, estimating $40k in repairs. The property is listed at $192k, with a cap rate of over 10% with room to go higher once the repairs are completed.

We will provide the feet on the ground - property management, contractors, acquisition team.

Message me for more details and to discuss partnering up
