Capital Expenditures Already done: Exterior paint 2017, Rebuilt back deck 2017, fixed most of faults found in inspection 2017, roof 2015, windows & exterior doors 2010, 4 bathroom remodels (all new fixtures) 2015, new interior paint & flooring 2015, 4 new furnaces 2010, hot water heater 2010. Individual gas & electric meters 2010. Renters pay gas, electric. Owner pays water, sewer, trash.
