Hello, I am Looking for Investment property in NW and SW Atlanta, in the Carver Hills area, and Cascade/GreenBriar area looking  spend 25-50K cash  for fixer uppers and 60-70K conventional financing for Turnkey.  Please Inbox me if you have any inventory available. I am a Buy and Hold Investor.
