Im a new real estate investor in Maryland looking to connect with seasoned vets in REI or even newer investors. I'd like to partner with a good person in hopes to work deals together. Im new to REI so having a person or people that are already established in this industry with buyers and know how to close quickly. Im willing to split profits with a good person who can close deals as well as teach me as the deals come in.
