Have deals, need Wholesalers in Philly Market for JV

RE Investor with properties in the NE Philly market, Im not in the local area. Need an "experienced:" wholesaler that has closed deals in the Philly and eastern PA markets for JV deals. I have heavily marketed the area, as well as extensive SEO, but will not live in the area until next year.
