I am looking to invest in multi unit properties in Phoenix Arizona; preferably, 5 or more units.  Creative financing a plus.   Focusing on area codes 85006, 85012 and surrounding areas.  I am a newer investor so, any assistance would be appreciated.  Many thanks!!
