This 3/2/2 brick house has great bones but needs some minor foundation work and rental grade cosmetic updates. Rental comps support $1,200/month. Minor roof needs to be completed where branches have rubbed the shingles off. There was a wall built in front of the garage door that can be removed to make the garage functional again. This would be a quick easy cash flowing rental in a great area.
