Please contact me for more information. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a 20k profit or more if you are able to shave the rehab. We have this property under contract and we are looking for an equity partner to help finance the flip or in lieu of that a purchaser for the assignment. The ARV is 125k and the rehab budget is 25K.
