5 Mobile Homes, Investment Package in Central Florida

These mobile homes can rent out for $1,200 a month during the winter months, and $55 a night on Airbnb during the summer months, producing almost $250 a week. Yearly contracts typically rent each home out for $750 a month.

The lot expense for each home is $385/month and utilities average to about $40/month.

#1’s price is $12,500.00; nice park model on corner lot. Can rent out year lease, $750.00 a month. Airbnb nightly $55.00. Winter income is $1,200.00 a month. Summer $150.00 a week.

#2’s price is $13,500.00; 2 bedroom. Same income as #1

#3’s price is 13,500.00; 2 bedroom. Same income as #1

#4’s price is $5,500.00; 1 bedroom, parking carport, huge screened porch; Generating income. $7,000.00 is owed she paid $400.00 - $700.00 a month (owner financed)

#5’s price is $3,000.00; 1 bedroom; Generating income. Currently being rented to own till the end of this year: $3,800.00 is owed he pays $350.00 a month (owner financed)

Mobile homes #1, #2, #3, and #4 are in the same resort - Baker Acres Community, and #5 is located just 5 minutes from Baker Acres.

These Central Florida mobile homes are in 55+ communities and are usually occupied by quiet and tidy snowbirds. Doors and windows are usually left unlocked and neighbors become lifelong friends as they bond at community activities, such as karaoke nights, holiday celebrations and pool barbeques.

Residents love the location due to the close proximity to the beach (less than an hour away) while still keeping from the bustling noise of the city. Located in the safe town of Zephyrhills, 25 miles from Tampa and 60 miles from Orlando, residents have access to local shopping, golfing, and restaurants. There was just an issue before; an address was given to a "serious" couple, only to find out they did not have the funds, after we had caught them poaching on a different property.
