San Antonio 10-20 Unit Multifamily

I'm looking for a 10-20 unit multifamily property, preferably a C property in a B neighborhood with some upside potential. I'm in Californai and trying to locate a solid property management company to help with due diligence as well. My goal is to build a team and increase a cash flow portfolio in the area. I see a lot of potential in SA.
