Expanding our Private Lending in Raleigh / Durham North Carolina

We (Oakwood Partners) are expanding our private lending in Raleigh / Durham NC for commercial (business-purpose) residential real estate transactions. We are only lending to entities ( i.e. LLCs), not individuals. No land or commercial properties. We are looking for:

--Wholesalers who want to take title and then sell, rather than assign. **It's easier to sell when you have title, isn't it?!!

--Landlords using the BRRRR strategy -- Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refi, Repeat. We want to be the bridge lender.

--Flippers who need money for acquisition or LIGHT rehab. We don't want to be doing construction draws, so no big projects. We primarily will focus on the acquisition.

--Transactional Funding (double closes)

Max loan $125K, Min loan $40K. We move quickly when your paperwork is complete. Terms are subject to change. 

The more experience the borrower has, the better.
