- DSCR loan (min 1.15)
- No Ratio loan - All we look at is your credit and the property appraisal
- 1-4 unit
- For purchase or Refi
- Loan terms - 5/1, 7/1, 15 yr fix, 30 yr fix
- DTI - 43%-50%
- Can title to LLC, Partnerships, C-corp, S-corp
- Derogatory credit allowed - bankruptcy, short sale, foreclosure, deed in lieu
- Loans upto $1.5M (per property), higher with exception
- $150,000 loan min
- FICO as low as 540
- Also includes:
- DSCR loan (min 1.25)
- No Ratio loan - All we look at is your credit and the property appraisal
- Non-warrantable condo
- Foreign National
- 24 month bank statement loan

We don't do LOC. Only 1st position loans.
