Hi, I have someone who is interested in selling their 24 unit. Each unit is 2 bedrooms kitchen dining room living room and bath, the property consists of 2 12 unit buildings in a B neighborhood. Each unit rents for 500 only 10 are currently rented. Each unit needs between 3 and 6k in work in my mind. They are selling it for just 450,000. Tenants pay electric owner pays everything else.
