Kansas City, KS RENTAL needed - closer to med center the better

Any KC investors have ANYTHING open for a tenant that is on the Kansas side and a reasonable distance to the KU MED CENTER?  Have a friend who's son is attending this coming FALL and needs something ASAP (Within 3-4 days).  Has 1 medium sized dog, wants something safe and fairly nice.

Any leads appreciated!
