Mid-Rise Construction Project Team Assembly

Hello everyone, I'm forming a team of dedicated, high-integrity professionals to develop a unique, residential mid-rise project in Houston, Texas. If the team is appropriately assembled, there is an opportunity to develop other residential projects ranging from single family homes, to small community construction. Given this is a new venture, I cannot provide compensation until project equity and debt financing are established. However, in the interim, I'm offering equity profit sharing on a project by project basis. If you have any interest in joining, please reach out. I'd prefer to form a team locally, but will consider all options if the fit is right. The key is being able to commit to the project(s). I look forward to hearing from you! Best, Mike
