13 Unit Apartment Complex in Hanahan, South Carolina - 1.250m

Hi everybody,

I was just sent an email earlier today about a 13 unit apartment complex in Hanahan, South Carolina that's available for sale. It's not currently listed, but it's a pocket listing for the listing agent. It's just a few minutes north of Charleston and a little above the Park Circle area, as well as in near proximity to the airport and Boeing. I'm trying to find a qualified buyer. I have not yet seen the financials, but I've been told that it grosses around 150k. The building looks pretty nice and the area is great for rentals because the school district is very good in relation to the cost of living. The list price is 1.250, but I would be surprised if it appraised for quite that much. Our apartment complex inventory is pitiful, so this one certainly won't last long.
