Looking to Partner with a Marketing Star

This is not a Job Opportunity, per se, but a Partnership Opportunity.

Hi all. I’ve come to the realization that I’m just not very good at marketing. I’ve been doing direct mail for about the past 6 months, but not consistently and have not learned how to use the CRM platform or automate the process. I have a couple of lead generation websites, but don’t have the time to try and learn SEO. I ran a Google Adwords campaign without much success.

I’m a licensed general contractor and enjoy that part of the process (most of the time). I am looking to partner with someone who is great at marketing, but needs the construction expertise to do deals.

The main areas I am focusing on are single family flips and small multi-family value add properties in the Metro Atlanta area. I have not come to this partnership decision lightly, and will need to have some detailed discussions with any potential partners to make sure our goals and interests are aligned.
