Hello BP Investors,

I am a wholesaler looking to build my list of buyers to assign properties to. I center mainly in King County, WA and properties I find are mostly all fixer uppers.

Please let me know if you are a potential buyer for fixer uppers! Or even fix and buy-and-hold
