We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses). Young or old, if you have what it takes, we'll give you a chance to prove it. We are only looking for people who can produce outstanding results and not simply produce a lot of activity.

Qualifications:

• Be mobile, and able to get around town quickly & easily for appointments with sellers.

• Currently live in Georgia (Norcross, Gwinnett, Atlanta, Decatur, Chamblee, Marietta, Acworth, Woodstock, Roswell, Lawrenceville)
• Own and be Computer & Smartphone savvy
• Well-spoken, and comfortable speaking in front of strangers on and off the phone.

The main weapons you'll use in this job will be your smart-phone and your computer. If you don't like talking on the phone, or your not decently computer savvy, then we wish you the best of luck. If you believe a "NO" from a seller is the final answer, then best of luck to you & please do not waste your time applying. But if you have the grit to push through all the "NOs" along with the drive and discipline to close a deal, then you will be in the right place to determine how much money you will take home this year. There is no Cap on this position. The more deals you bring in, the more money you will make.

We are radical about pursuing home sellers and closing deals. Training and self-improvement will be a part of what we offer to you to help you become a top producer here. If you have what it takes, we will invest and teach you our proven system. No Real Estate experience is necessary, but you must be able to "melt" the phone lines with your resourcefulness. We work hard, make a ton of money, and have a lot of fun in the process.

We spend a lot of money every month on a heavy marketing budget for our team, which means we provide quality leads for you on a regular basis. We are marketing machines and train our team to track down and convert leads like absolute master closers. You must be resourceful to convert! We also have an impeccable back office CRM system that will allow you to work remotely while overtaking our competition in both knowledge and efficiency.

Compensation: You will make 20% commission off each deal (Ex: A common deal gross's the company $10K. So your cut would be $2,000). We are currently dropping enough marketing to produce 3-4 deals/month. Some deals can gross as much as $30,000! (Your cut = $6,000 in one deal!). As you prove yourself, we will increase the marketing, to bring in even more deals.

We are asking that you submit a video cover letter (~1-2 minutes) explaining why you are a superstar salesperson, and why you are the best of the best. Also tell us why you find this job attractive.
