I'm putting together one of our first value add commercial multiplex apartment property deals. In order to keep things flowing for the next steps, I'm looking for contractors who can helm a 27-plex rehab. Knowing a fun, creative and awesome landscaper is a huge plus. I'm looking to start a conversation on the feasibility of adding value carports for shading and solar. We also wouldn't hold it against you ;-) , if you recommended us up to three property management companies with whom you have a great relationship with and would endorse.
