Asset secured. Loans are becoming due following the 06-2010 crap.

My needs are specific. 

Just need to either put an asset or assets under some kind of deliverable contract whether listed or off market and follow thru with the appropriate exit strategy.

Buyers in one hand. The other hand has a bunch of reps tied to who knows who. Somebody needs to take charge and step up to the plate.

I am absolutely direct to the buyers on my list and perhaps .0001%  have associates that are on BP. This is close to my 5th year here.

The biggest issue I have faced when a buyer is interested is an asset is, they have seen it, announced an interest only to find a ghost protocol in the way.

Seeking a LOC as stated to lock an asset up, and when sensible to follow thru with the available exit.

It's your money, so the yeah or nay is yours to decide.

I am posting this simply because $970M in opportunities just got screwed up in the lat 2 weeks.

Hell! $100K would have been good for me!
