1.finding more properties to buy.

2. running comps.

3. finding buildable lots and running cost/ sale analysis.

 Earn while you learn what we do & help us do it....between...$1,500 P/T - $10,000+ F/T per month. . .!

This ideal candidate should have good communication sales skills, the ability NOT to give up, comprehension, listening, as well as a self-starter who can excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
