I'll be short and sweet. Got several off market properties around the fashion district area in DTLA:

1. Prices range from $4million to $22million depending on the off market property.

2. Located in fashion district.

3. Buyers are all motivated to sell.

4. Some of them have offers made but nothing in escrow as of now.
