Builders Capital Real Estate Acquisitions team has secured 3 new LR1, LR2, LR3 townhome projects in the city that's available for our Investor, Builder, Developer clients. Here is a quick summary:

1. LR1 Project is located in the Sand Point Neighborhood of Seattle just south of Magnuson Park, within 10 mins from University of Washington. Possible to build up to 8 units in total with average sq. feet of 1,350 for each unit.

2. LR2 Project in the Columbia City Neighborhood of Seattle with territorial views of Mt Rainier to the South, and just minutes from DTN Seattle. Proposed plan would be to build 5 Townhomes 3 stories tall with rooftop decks with suggested square footage of 1,700SF per unit.

3. LR3 Project in the Beacon Hill Neighborhood of Seattle with possible views of downtown to the northeast. Proposed plan would be to develop 6 townhomes with average square footage of roughly 1,200 SF.
