2 SFH Rental House Package, Granbury, TX - $90K Seller Financing

I have a couple of properties in Granbury, TX that are currently rented at $600 and $800 a month. Both have been occupied with the same tenants for about a year. The price for both is $490K, and seller financing is available for 20% down, 7% interest, 30 year amortization with a three year balloon.
