This is a great rental, owner finance, or flip opportunity in Sherman! The house is in great overall condition, but as you can see from the pictures, it needs updating. Repairs include a new roof on house & carport (if you decide to keep the carport), minor foundation repairs (pier & beam), and finish out the converted garage.
