Who buys SFRs and Duplexes in NW Milwaukee?

Hi, Milwaukeeans!

I'm making offers on some bank-owned properties in NW Milwaukee (see image below), and I'll be wholesaling them. I usually work in Minneapolis and Kansas City, and I don't know anyone who buys in Milwaukee just yet! I've sent a few PMs, but I thought I'd cast a wider net.

Since I'm new to this market, I'd love to get to know some of the folks who are cash buyers around here. I'd rather work with BPers than just market on Craigslist, etc.

These are three small SFRs and two Duplexes. The SFRs would make great rentals (at least it looks that way), and one is currently rented.
