New Fourplex under construction in Alaska

Hello, my Realtor's automated email sent me this property. Although it's still under construction and will be available in August but I think it's a great investment because it is located near Eilson AFB and the news is that a fleet of F35 is coming to Eilson. That means more people but there are not enough housing around the base. If I could, I would use my VA loan to purchase this property but my salary wouldn't be enough to cover the monthly mortgage. I'm looking for someone who could partner with me on this deal.
