Where Else Can You Make 8-11% or 14-28% Returns... Take a Look..
So how much did you make in the Stock Market this year?
You probably did ok if you were on board since the Election, BUT where does it go from here?
That's anybody's guess and guessing is NO WAY to Invest.
Most people stick with Security which means CD's that are paying a bit more since the Rate was Just Raised by the FED but still 1-2% on CD's are a joke for a real investor.
Most people are uncertain what to do BUT i want you to know that there are other options.

All of our partners are 100% financing.
We provide the expertise, the production and our partners handle the Capital.
We provide a few options for financial partners
1- A Simple Interest of 8% ( $120,000 x 8% = $9,600 - Div by 12 Months = $800 per month - If we held financing for 6 Months that would = $4,800 as an ROI ) This would be MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
2- A Simple Interest of 11% ( $120,000 x 11% = $13,200 - Div by 12 Months = $1,100 per month - If we held financing for 6 Months that would = $6,600 as an ROI ) This would be SEASONED FUNDS ( meaning NO monthly payments, Financier would receive full interest payment in pay off when we close the deal )
3- JV Option of 60/40 and a $2,500 project management fee ( The 40% for my financial partners has translated into 14-28% Returns in recent and past projects - so it is a More Aggressive option with a higher upside to ROI - HOWEVER, i make NO GUARANTEES. As with any business there are deals that turn out to be Super Stars and some turn out to be Duds. And although it is Very, Very Rare, again, i cannot make any guarantees ( most of my financial partners choose the JV Option.)
This allows our partners to literally WATCH their money at work and ensure them that their funds are Actually going into the project instead of into someones pocket.
We also pride ourselves on our open book policy and record keeping and are able to provide financial records of each project on demand.
