I have concluded a gross rent amount of $5150 a month for this triplex. Main unit $2750 (you can easily make a 3rd bedroom) 2nd unit $1500, 655 sq ft (you can easily make 2 bedrooms) and Studio unit $900, approximately 400 sq ft. With all that being said if you are interested in taking a look please let me know. 

approximate 10% cap rate with equity 

This would be just a great flip aswell, Arv if flipped around high 7s
