My company has a lot of deals and our current partners are not being able to keep up with our growth. We are looking to have equity partners or gap funders to do about 3-4 deals per month. We have 20 workers that help moving through projects within 2-3 months. 

Our deals have $150,000-200,000 equity in the deals.
