I own a highly successful wholesaling and flipping business in Southeast Michigan. Last year my company did over 100 transactions, and should do over 200 transactions in 2017. We have enjoyed tremendous growth over the last 18 months and are in need of an aggressive realtor to make offers on our behalf on the MLS. You'll be paid 3% commission on all properties that we purchase through your efforts. There is potential for performance bonuses as well. You do not have to change brokers.
