New Construction Condo in New York City, Ready to Go.

I currently sit on a multi million dollar project and I'm in the search for investors. The project is an Eight unit condo build located in the hottest neighborhoods in NYC, Astoria Queens (I.e. average days on market is 34-40). The project has approved architectural plans, a contractor on standby, and a cleared lot. We're ready to start building but we lack the equity needed to get a construction loan. The expected (debt free) profit is 1.7 million, of course any bank loans will adjust that profit marginally.
