looking for rentals to buy in Charlotte

I'm an active investor in Chicago.  Looking to expand into a few other cities.  One target is Charlotte, NC.  Because I'm out of state, I would need a one-stop-shop -- find rentals that make economic sense, oversee the rehab process, handle the leasing and manage the property.  Please let me know your thoughts.  Thanks!
