Leaving SA, TX doing flips and doing rentals in IN

So I was successfully doing Flips in SA and we moved our family to Muncie IN (because of wife's job) I did one flip while family was in IN and I was in TX and it was hard to be separated from them with two little girls that are growing so fast. I am leaving behind some good contacts and would like share if anyone is serious. To give you a little background I would GC my own flips as a full time job it was hard but it was very rewarding, if I could be of help in anyway I would be happy too.
